You are correct. Based on the security in myFBC, it does not allow church staff access to each person’s account information… and that’s probably a good thing.

Unfortunately, it also means that we were unable to import people’s recurring donations and account information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Soon, we will be importing all 2012 donations from myFBC to The City that were made before January 20 of this year.
